St. Catherine of Siena School is a private Catholic school in Metairie, Louisiana. It serves students from preschool to seventh grade.

History

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School was established in 1921 by Archbishop John Shaw. The school opened in 1926 and was staffed by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word from San Antonio, Texas.

In February 2006, Britney Spears visited with St. Catherine's students and gave gift bags to the dance team.[2]
